Day 02: Tunis -EL Kef JUGURTA Tableland CULTURE AND WALKING
Departure to El KEF after breakfast.
Take the opportunity to discover a little-known side of Tunisia, the Atlas Mountains, and the plains ± bishauts plateaux ±, behind Tunis, and the beaches on the coast. You will find Le Kef, a charming little town with a turbulent past, in these contrasting landscapes in western Tunisia.
The region has to offer natural beauty not only: it holds innumerable memories of its lively history, including its Ottoman fortification.
Enjoy a walk in the forest or by the lake along mountain roads. Explore towering villages, marvel at the work of skilled craftsmen and artisans who create teapots and litters. Discover the cellars, megaliths, Roman towns, and thermal baths. You can see several astonishing animal species such as porcupines and golden eagles in the Sardine nature reserve near El Kef. The art and popular traditions Museum, housed in a splendid 18th-century religious building, can be visited in the old town of El Kef; All that you know about Equestrian traditions, north-west jewellery or the life in the Bedouin tent can be discovered. The Ottoman Kasbah (fortification) which marked the border can also be explored.

Jugurta, a hero of the resistance to the Roman conquest, was a famous old Berber prince. In the 2nd century BC his grandfather, Massiness, established a large Kingdom near Carthage. Throughout the central Maghreb and northwest of Tunisia cities, temples, and monuments have been created.
Towards the Tableland of the Jugurtha
The Jugurtha Tableland has an area of 80 hectares. The highest point in the Jugurtha Tableland at an altitude of 1,271 metres. During his war against the Romans, the Berber prince hid there with his army. It overlooks vast areas of wheat and slopes as far as your eye can see, surrounded by sheer cliffs. To reach the plateau and enjoy a breathtaking view of its surroundings you must climb an ancient stair cut out of the rock. The site has several remains, such as dolmens, a Byzantine arch, a small mosque, reservoirs created from the rock, cellars, and prehistoric graves.

Day 03: Touzer: Kef -Sebitela:
After breakfast, visit SEBITELA bis to the Roman Archaeological Site.
Visit the mountain Oasis, where the hiking trail in Midas canyon was supposed to take place.
Overnight in the hotel until Touzer and Dinner
Day 4: Camel Trek Sahara Desert /DESERT OF DOUZ: Sahara Desert Camel Trek
Today you will go to Douz and carry out a journey from Douz to the camels where you load your baggage. The journey to Ben Chroud will start with the tour through the Ben Sand Dunes. You are going to have a lunch at Ben Chroud next to a Sahara oasis. From there, you will travel to Bir Elajimni to have dinner and a lunch at the tents below the amazing sky of the Sahara.
Day 05: Camel Trek in the Sahara Desert:
You will start the day at breakfast and leave for Bir Aoun. Alongside another oasis, you will have lunch. From there you will go to Chott Hajria, famous for its rose desert. You have dinner here and have stayed overnight
Day 06: DOUZ -Matmata –SOUSSE:
Visit the abounding village of Zrawa to walk about 2 hours to the village of Tamazret to go to the house of the troglodytes Tamazret
