As a valued customer, we strongly encourage you to carefully review all selected services (tours, hotels, etc.) and their details before proceeding to payment. By clicking the payment button, you authorize us to confirm all bookings on your behalf based on the agreed-upon details. Booking Confirmation and Cancellation
Bookings will be confirmed the morning after payment, at 8:00 a.m. GMT. If you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be sent to Silk Road Dream Tours before 8:00 a.m. GMT on the following day. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@silkroaddreamtours.com.
After the specified time, cancellations will be subject to the policies of the respective tour operators, governed by their applicable laws. Please note that the names of these operators remain confidential, as we exclusively partner with highly reputable service providers. We recommend ensuring your flight reservations are finalized before confirming bookings with us, as changes may be challenging to accommodate.

Payment Methods
Payments are accepted exclusively via PayPal or direct bank transfer. For bank transfer details, please contact us. Payments for upgrades and special requests are also restricted to these methods.
Visas and Entry Requirements
Obtaining the necessary visas or entry permits for your destination is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Silk Road Dream Tours does not provide visa-related services. In the event that entry is denied by the destination country’s authorities, no compensation will be provided by Silk Road Dream Tours.
Travel Arrangements
Travel tickets (flights, road transport, etc.) to and from your destination are the responsibility of the traveler. Silk Road Dream Tours does not provide or manage such bookings.
