TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  • This offer is only valid for US Dollar Contracts / Markets outside of the United Kingdom.
  • Free Meal Upgrade is only applicable from HB to FB.
  • Kids Free is only applicable to children under the age of 12 who are sharing a meal with their parents. Separate rooms for children will be charged at adult rates. Kids can receive free meals in the same way as adults do when they share a meal plan. Green tax will be paid.
  • All other terms and conditions are spelled out in the contract or rate sheet.
  • All room rates are quoted in US DOLLAR per night, including service charges and the 12% Good and Service Tax (TGST).
  • Green Tax of US$ 6.00 per person per night is included in the price.
  • All transactions are combined (shared), and rates are quoted in US dollars per user, round trip.

  • There is no discount on any of the prices since they are NETT.
MINIMUM NIGHTS POLICY: No minimum night stay required

TRANSFERS:
  1. Domestic Flight (17 MNTS) + Swift Boat (10 MNTS)
  2. All transfers to and from the hotels will be done solely by the hotel. The agent is not permitted to arrange 3. transfers on their own or with any third party, and as a result, the Hotel will not approve the booking.

OCCUPANCY RULES:
  • Beach Villa: 2 adults or 2 adults plus 2 child or 3 adults.
  • Presidential Suite (2bed Room) : Maximum 6 persons (5 Adults + 01 Child)
CHILD RATES POLICY:
  • Infant (0-1 year) stays free & eats free and pays only Green Tax of US$ 6.00
  • Children sharing parents’ room will be charged at the child rate stated in the rate tables with same meal plan. For children having separate accommodations, will be treated a normal booking. The child discounts stated in this sheet are applicable depending on the child age at the time of arrival to the resort and not at the time when the booking is made.
  • Mandatory Green Tax for infants will be charged at US$ 6.00 per night.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
  1. The Standard check in time is 14.00 hrs of the arrival date while the check-out time is 12:00 of the departure date.
  2. Early check-in is provided free of charge subject to availability of rooms. However in between 04:45 hrs –
  3. 08:00 hrs will be accepted with additional 50% charge of daily room rate and subject to availability.
  4. All arrivals prior to 04:45 hrs are considered as a full night and charge overnight room rate.
  5. Late check-out for clients taking departure flights before 21.00 of the departure dates pay (1200-1800hrs 50% room charge on booked meal plan)
  6. Late check-out for clients taking departure flights after 21.00 of the departure dates pay (1200noon until departure 100% room charge on booked meal plan)

  • The Hotel will provide the following compliments for Guests:
  • Assistance at the airport by Hotel’s representatives
  • Welcome drinks on arrival
  • A Bottle of Water 500ml per person per day to be placed in the room.
  • Tea /Coffee making facilities (1 set of Tea/Coffee per room per day)
  • Free WIFI in all rooms
  • Gymnasium (excluding personal trainer)
  • Land sports includes Badminton, Table Tennis, Squash, Snooker/ Billiard, Daylight Tennis, Aerobics, Volleyball, please note that the above is (excluding coach and instructors)
  • Windsurfing, Snorkelling gear and canoeing
  • Free drinking water served by glass during mealtimes
  • A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Fruit Basket in room and a candle lit dinner with house wine for Honeymooners. (For Weddings not older than 6 months)
  • A Bottle of Sparkling Wine and a Fruit Basket on Silver and Golden Wedding Jubilees.
  • A Birthday Cake and a bottle of wine, on Birthdays celebrated at the resort.
  • A bottle of wine in room and a candle lit dinner with house wine for Repeaters.
  • One fruit basket per room on arrival.
  • Tennis during daylight. (Floodlit Tennis extra US$ 5/- per hour), Table Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Gymnasium, Squash, Billiard/Snooker, Aerobics, Poolside towel, TV (satellite channels).
  • All honeymoon, Silver & Golden Wedding Jubilees to be notified at the time of booking and specified in the voucher.
GROUP BOOKINGS
  1. Bookings confirmed for groups of 8 TWN/DBL or more rooms will be considered as group bookings and will be confirmed subject receipt of 50% pre-payment by the hotel at a deadline given by the hotel.
  2. The remaining 50% will have to be received by the hotel 30 days prior to arrival or any other deadline given by the Hotel.
Cancellations of group booking are subject to cancellation charge as per clause of this terms sheet, unless otherwise confirmed by the hotel at the time of group confirmation. If alternative cancellation terms were set by the hotel at the time of booking, the terms set by the hotel stands valid
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND EARLY DEPARTURES:
  1. Cancellation: The Operator shall notify the writing of any cancellation prior to the “minimum notice” period
  2. In the event of late notification, a cancellation charge will apply
  3. Charges will be based on the same meal plan of the booking
  4. Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
  5. Cancellation of bookings, No-shows and Early departures will be charged as follows

Individual Bookings
10 days prior to arrival date:                                   NIL

Less than 07 before days to arrival:            100% of the entire stay
No-shows and Early departure:                  100% of the entire stay
Group Bookings
60-45 days prior to arrival date:                 50% of the entire stay
Less than 45 before days to arrival:            100% of the entire stay
No-shows and Early departure:                  100% of the entire stay
  • No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and cancelled within the release period.
  • Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
  • Shifting of booking date and change of names after release period allowed without cancellation.
  • It is an obligation for the agent to obtain the cancellation acknowledgement from the hotel.
