Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be issued if:

Guests fail to arrive at the specified time and location.

Cancellation occurs during the tour or less than 72 hours before departure.

Full refund is available in two cases:

Cancellation within 2 hours of booking.

Cancellation due to illness (with a valid medical certificate).

50% refund if canceled after 2 hours but before 72 hours of the tour start time.
